Directors - The Board

The Board of Directors Biographical details of all directors are set out below.

J William Birkett (Non-executive Chairman). Bill, who is an FCA, was a founder of Cygnus Venture Partners Limited which has acted as investment adviser to venture capital funds with approximately £60 million under management. Prior to working for Cygnus, he was managing director of a private investment company following an earlier career in finance and banking. Bill is chairman of the audit committee and a member of the renumeration committee.

Trevor C Lewis (Chief Executive Officer). Trevor was a founder director of Strategic Systems International Limited in 1982 (the SSI Division) and has been managing director since 1992. He became CEO of Chelford Group plc in August 2000. Trevor is a member of both the audit and renumeration committees.

Martin S Anderson (Finance). Martin joined the SSI Division in 2001 and was appointed to the Chelford Group Board in that year. Prior to joining the SSI Division, Martin worked in Finance for NCR and WPS Inc; prior to that, he worked in Public Practice.

Stephen R Lord (Non-executive Director). Stephen is currently chairman of PBMS Limited, a business consultancy to medium sized businesses. He was previously group managing director of LK Global Information Systems (UK) plc, a software group. Stephen is chairman of the renumeration committee and a member of the audit committee.
